Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. is seeking a Planning Analyst to transform data into insights that improve the Last Mile planning for EU AMZL delivery stations.

You will work on weekly volume planning, data integration, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and readiness for future demand. Your role involves analyzing execution gaps, building data visualizations, and partnering with operations and capacity planning teams to ensure timely decisions.

Formación

• Knowledge of English at CEFR B2/C1 level.
• Experience in analytical tasks or data projects.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership (preferred).
• Experience in transportation or logistics (preferred).
• Experience with programming languages SQL or Python (preferred).

Description

Are you passionate about using data to solve complex supply chain challenges? Join our Last Mile Planning team where you will retrieve, integrate, and visualize data to support the efficiency of our package delivery network. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across Last Mile S&OP and Capacity planning to drive planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives while tracking progress against established goals. Key job responsibilities

• Generate and analyze weekly volume plans for EU AMZL delivery stations to ensure organizational readiness for future demands
• Evaluate execution gaps and implement data-driven solutions to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency
• Partner with operations and capacity planning teams to ensure timely decision-making and execution of action items
• Retrieve, integrate, and visualize data from multiple sources to support the package delivery network's efficiency
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to deliver results that align with established organizational goals

A day in the life

As a Planning Analyst in the S&OP Team, your day revolves around the weekly cadence for generating volume plans for EU AMZL delivery stations. You'll spend time analyzing execution data to identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional partners to address challenges, and ensuring decisions are made and actioned. You'll work with various data systems to extract insights and prepare recommendations that help the organization prepare for future demands.

The EU AMZL S&OP organization comprises an international group of individuals working across 6 office locations in 5 countries, representing over 15 nationalities. We are customer focused, data oriented and enthusiastic about tackling new challenges. Our team values initiative, structured problem-solving approaches, and open communication with stakeholders. We work collaboratively to ensure our package delivery network operates with maximum efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1
• - Relevant experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data
• - Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• - Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
• - Previous experience within transportation or logistics
• - Working experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).
