Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) - C16 is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to optimize the technical attributes of its last‑mile vehicle fleet in Europe. You will own critical work streams, drive data‑driven decisions from the field, and collaborate cross‑functionally to protect customers, fleet and operations.

Ideal candidates will be hands‑on with strong technical, analytical and communication skills, with experience in automotive/commercial mobility settings and a proven track record

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the optimization of technical attributes of our expanding vehicle fleet.
• Drives planning, resolution and execution in complex technical projects.
• Works independently to identify improvement potential and manage projects from idea to implementation.
• Challenges internal stakeholders and external partners on practices and capabilities.
• Demonstrates strong ownership, bias for action and data-based decision making.
• Exhibits strong project management with risk assessment and execution reporting.
