Technical Support at Nutanix: We drive customer success through passion and teamwork, ensuring quick response times and high customer satisfaction (our 90/100 NPS score). Our diverse team of top-notch engineers works closely with Engineering, Field, and Sales teams. We love continuous learning and aim to become experts in Virtualization, Networking, Storage, Linux, Windows, and Cloud Technologies.

Your Role:

  1. Provide technical support for Nutanix's HCI solutions to enterprise customers across EMEA remotely, troubleshoot, diagnose, and debug.
  2. Collaborate with development teams to improve products based on customer feedback.
  3. Work with technology partners (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Microsoft) to resolve cross-vendor issues.
  4. Test new features and develop tools to enhance product serviceability and scale deployment.
  5. Deliver excellent support experiences to customers.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. 8+ years of experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
  2. Expertise in Virtualization, Networking, Storage, Linux, Windows, and Cloud Technologies.
  3. Experience supporting external customers with a customer-first mindset.
  4. Fluent in English and proficient in at least one EU language (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German, French).
  5. Passion for learning new technologies.
