Job Summary
The Solution Architect's role is responsible for providing product, industry, and/or business expertise to architect business solutions to prospects and customers across multiple and/or large, complex BY projects and to build the associated customer relationships. This role will predominantly be working with BY’s Manufacturing suite of products.
The Solution Architect will apply experience, application expertise and industry best practice to define, shape and deliver the BY solution that will assist customers to maximize their operation and achieve ROI. This role works cooperatively with the sales/pre-sales team in order to provide input to RFP/RFI responses, business cases, case studies and presentations. It also involves supporting the Director of Consulting solutions by providing services representation during sales engagements as well as inputting into and reviewing and endorsing services estimates.
Further, the Solution Architect will represent the services team in interactions with Standard Product development and product strategy regarding new functionality, regional requirements and product direction.
