- On-going presence on the sales floor to provide TO’s and Club Rules for all sales presentations.
- Continue taking individual tours in accordance with the compensation plan and Line-In-house Rules.
- Specialize in performance improvement feedback and proposals across all sales channels.
- Adhere to, monitor, and enforce all MVW policies and procedures.
- Deliver superior customer service through professionalism in internal and external customer relationships.
Job Functions
TO’s & Club Rules:
- Provide TO’s at all stages of sales presentations; support sales executives during tours.
- Complete Club Rules documentation for all new sales.
- Become an expert on MVCI products and company policies to provide exceptional TO & Club Rules.
- Engage in self-directed training on products.
- Offer coaching and feedback to sales executives regularly.
- Conduct ride-along feedback sessions on sales performance and report to management.
Individual Tours
- Conduct individual tours as performed by Sales Executives.
- Additional tours may be assigned based on business needs, language, nationality, peak seasons, and by the Sales Manager.
General
- Analyze issues, develop strategies to minimize cancellations, and manage follow-up during cooling-off periods.
- Ensure the sales process is effectively managed, encouraging new purchasers to avoid cancellations during rescission periods.
- Provide comprehensive owner assurance and ensure timely closings, overcoming challenges efficiently.
- Assist in recruitment and conduct job interviews.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the team.
- Support the Sales Associate program, including training on rides, round tables, and other sessions as approved.
- Support all sales disciplines throughout the entire sales process, ensuring documentation is complete before leaving.
- Ensure proper check-out procedures at night and proper conduct when leaving the property.
- Maintain professional appearance, including wearing name tags and grooming standards.
- Ensure worksheets and proposals are accurate and complete prior to submission.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales center.
- Clearly present first-day benefits and year-end prices on tables before clients leave.
- Monitor the sales floor to assess environment and team needs, waiting for associates to approach for assistance.
- Regularly check voicemail and email.
- Collect referral leads from each contract and contribute to post-sale follow-up to reduce cancellations.
- Train, encourage, and coach the team to improve GSS and AES scores.
- Fluent in English and one additional language is required.
