Job Opportunity at Grundfos: Senior Reliability & Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Reliability & Customer Success Manager to lead and manage key customer accounts in Spain and Italy within our Customer Success function.

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding customers and driving change based on our solutions: Grundfos Machine Health (GMH), a predictive maintenance technology utilizing AI and Industry 4.0.
  • Ensuring revenue growth through renewals and expansion projects.
  • Transforming customer relationships into strategic partnerships to support energy reduction and carbon footprint reduction.
  • Managing customer lifecycle stages post-sale and establishing long-term relationships.
  • Deploying solutions and coordinating activities with internal teams and customers.
  • Using Gainsight to manage customer success and maximize platform benefits.
  • Training and educating customers on solution adoption.
  • Monitoring adoption and usage, and collaborating across teams to ensure success.
  • Contributing to the development of Global Customer Success capabilities and process improvements.
  • Supporting cross-selling aligned with Grundfos strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Technical education in mechanical, electrical, process engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in customer success, account management, or project management.
  • Experience with digital IoT, SaaS, or service businesses.
  • Experience with onsite machinery, commissioning, repair, troubleshooting, and vibration analysis is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Agile mindset with quick learning ability.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
