About the Role : Hudson RPO is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in support of a global manufacturing client.

In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and secure top talent. You will support a high-performing recruitment team where fluency in German, Turkish, and English is essential to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer stage.
  2. Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  3. Proactively source and engage talent using various tools and platforms.
  4. Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches for roles.
  5. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers.
  6. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in German, Turkish, and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within RPO or in-house environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational or remote team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience recruiting in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
