Hudson RPO seeks a multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fully remote role in support of a global manufacturing client. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder partnerships, and maintaining accurate applicant tracking systems. Requirements include fluency in German, Turkish, and English, and experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

About the Role :

Hudson RPO is seeking a multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in support of a global manufacturing client In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and secure top talent.

You will be supporting a high-performing recruitment team where fluency in German, Turkish, and English is essential to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from job briefing to offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring needs
  • Proactively source and engage talent using various tools and platforms
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches for roles
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process

Requirements :

  • Fluency in German, Turkish, and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably within RPO or in-house environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in a multinational or remote team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior experience recruiting in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
