Key job responsibilities

We seek an experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across multiple product areas including customer acquisition, engagement, Business Prime, and International Expansion. You will:

• Define, measure, and own core QA metrics.
• Set high standards and best practices in quality assurance as a technical leader.
• Address complex testing challenges for new and existing products.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automated test strategies to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilize data to assess quality pre-release and in production.
• Lead testing efforts across multiple QA engineers and coordinate product launches.
• Mentor and develop QA team members.
• Make strategic quality-related decisions impacting customer experience.

A day in the life

The role is dynamic and collaborative, involving daily stand-ups, brainstorming sessions, problem-solving, and refining ideas. You will also have regular 1:1 meetings with your manager to discuss progress and career growth. Every day offers opportunities to learn, innovate, and impact the business.
