Key job responsibilities

We seek an experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts. Your role includes driving best practices, ensuring product quality across various areas such as customer acquisition, engagement, Business Prime, and International Expansion. You will independently address complex testing challenges, design scalable test strategies, and enhance the testability of our architectures.

A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve QA processes. You will spearhead AI-powered automation and incorporate AI-driven testing methodologies into our development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define, measure, and oversee core QA metrics.
• Set high standards and best practices as a technical leader in quality assurance.
• Address ambiguous quality issues and develop complex test scenarios for both new and existing products.
• Develop and execute AI-driven automated test strategies to boost efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams to define quality standards and embed testing throughout product development.
• Utilize data to assess quality before release and in production.
• Lead parallel testing efforts and coordinate with QA engineers to ensure smooth product launches.
• Mentor and develop QA team members, promoting best practices and growth.
• Influence team strategy and make critical quality decisions impacting customer experience.

This role involves dynamic and collaborative work. You will participate in daily stand-ups, develop software features, brainstorm solutions, and problem-solve with colleagues.
