Sr Provider Manager, EU 3P Compliance - Provider Management

DESCRIPTION
Over 2 million Sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will enable Sellers to list, make their selection available to customers globally while optimizing their inventory placement across multiple countries.

As Senior Provider Manager within EU 3P Compliance team, you will join a dynamic pioneering team at the forefront of this vision. You will be responsible for developing and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to transform commercial compliance service provider performance in any country where Amazon Sellers choose to sell and/or place their inventory, thereby removing key barriers for Sellers considering international expansion.

The Candidate should be comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of working with service providers and completing projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, with strong time management, negotiation, and project management skills. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high-quality results on time. Your experience should highlight your focus on putting customers first; your ability to understand and guide technical requirements to support your vision, and your aptitude to ensure changes deliver a positive business impact.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building new business and have a demonstrable record of accomplishment in delivering initiatives from scratch.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. End-to-end Provider Account Management across all assigned compliance services and regions.
  2. Define the strategy for Provider engagement while driving scale and account growth in line with the organization vision.
  3. Secure Provider engagement, program, and technical readiness to transition to the compliance services vision.
  4. Ensure maintenance of contracts (and payments) in line with the compliance services vision and commercialization strategy.
  5. Secure Provider readiness to integrate with Amazon technology, where this is planned and approved.
  6. Troubleshoot Provider problems and define mitigation to protect SX, PX, and Amazon reputation.
  7. Support the development strategy for Providers in line with their growth ambitions.
  8. Collect and provide inputs and PX requirements to the Product team to improve Seller and Provider Experience.
  9. Report progress to leadership through Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Weekly Program Reviews (WPR).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or BA in supply chain, vendor/account management, operations, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Several years of vendor/account management or operations management and continuous improvement experience.
- Team orientation and willingness to roll up sleeves to solve complex, dynamic challenges.
- Strong relationship-building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross-functional programs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
- Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence teams in multiple time zones and locations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA from a leading business school (preferred).
- Prior experience in vendor/account management for online services and/or technical products.
- Knowledge of M365, SQL, and/or VBA or willingness to learn.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments.
- History of developing and implementing end-to-end processes, driving business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership.
