ACAI Travel is reshaping the future of travel with AI-powered automation. Our platform enables OTAs, TMCs, tour operators, and airlines to streamline operations, reduce costs, and deliver faster, more intelligent support to travelers. We partner with leading travel companies like Kiwi.com , Connections Travel Group, Goway Travel, and Altour to bring AI into the heart of their operations—from customer inboxes to complex bookings.

We’re now looking for a strategic, execution-focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a critical role in how we position, package, and launch our AI-powered products to market. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the center of product, sales, and marketing—and is perfect for someone who wants to own strategy and roll up their sleeves to drive go-to-market success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and differentiation across multiple audiences (OTAs, TMCs, airlines, etc.)
  • Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions
  • Partner closely with product management to shape roadmap alignment and translate features into compelling narratives
  • Enable the sales team with collateral, pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides , and customer-facing assets
  • Conduct and synthesize market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategy and strengthen positioning
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on campaign strategy , but remain focused on core product marketing goals
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations
  • Serve as a key voice in how ACAI Travel tells its product story—across our website, events, and customer conversations

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company (experience in AI, travel, or workflow automation is a plus)
  • Strong track record of launching and positioning technical products , ideally those involving complex workflows or enterprise buyers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, customer-facing language
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and supporting long-cycle B2B sales with clear, strategic enablement content
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments —comfortable working with product, engineering, and sales
  • Confident in Google Slides or similar tools to craft clear, clean, high-impact presentations (design polish is a bonus, not a must)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment and excited by the challenge of building process while driving outcomes

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing AI / ML products or enterprise automation tools
  • Knowledge of the travel industry (TMCs, GDS, OTAs, or airline systems)
  • Experience supporting top-down GTM motions
  • Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Datadog, or product usage analytics platforms

We're a hands-on team that thrives on in-person collaboration. Our office is a dynamic, startup environment where we whiteboard and problem-solve together every day. We're currently only considering candidates based in Barcelona with legal work authorization. At this stage, we cannot provide visa support.
