The Position
  1. Coordinate the HCC surgery team to develop HCC surgery strategy.
  2. Analyze the HCC surgery market/environment and portfolio-relevant data analysis (DA).
  3. Identify opportunities and challenges aligned with the HCC surgery portfolio and explore innovative business models suitable for portfolio evolution.
  4. Establish external partnerships with HCC key stakeholders and develop programs to shape the HCC ecosystem and enhance T+A branding.
  5. Develop and manage multiple projects supporting the franchise objective roadmap. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic focus, timely execution, and escalate issues with risk mitigation solutions.
  6. Drive execution excellence in GI internal and external campaigns and events.
  7. Iterate the GI franchise working model to establish and develop the HCC ecosystem with portfolio synergy.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or diversified roles.
  2. Comprehensive experience in project management and innovation.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical, business, or related fields.
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  5. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, web-based systems, and databases.
