What we're working on

As a product designer, you will discover business goals and develop use cases for different user personas. You will translate these into web and mobile designs using Figma, incorporating regular feedback. Where possible, you'll use tools to study actual end-users to further enhance designs that help the business reach its goals. Our scale involves millions of users or dollars, with complex use cases and multiple interdependencies. Experience at this scale is required.

Your team

You will typically be the sole designer working alongside developers and collaborating with the product owner. You should be able to communicate with the business, understand concepts, and quickly turn them into designs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise
• At least 4 years of senior-level experience developing digital products across web and mobile platforms
• Participation in the full design cycle to deliver pixel-perfect, world-class designs
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Personality traits: professional, problem solver, proactive, attentive to detail
