A leading digital bank in Barcelona is seeking a Sr. People Ops & Talent Management Partner to enhance People processes and support key initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in People Ops, extensive knowledge of Workday HCM, and the ability to implement process improvements. We’re looking for a Sr. People Ops & Talent Management Partnerto make sure our People processes run smoothly, are compliant, and can scale as we grow.
