A consulting firm is seeking a Sr. OT Automation Engineer for a 4-month freelance role that is remote with occasional travel to deploy digital initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in automation engineering and strong skills in HMI/PLC programming and Python. This opportunity offers the flexibility of remote work in Europe.

Sr. OT Automation Engineer - Poland OR UK - 4 months+ - Freelance

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced OT Automation Engineer with strong Data Management knowledge and Consumer Goods/Food processing industry experience to help deploy the local digitalization agenda and initiatives to support R&D Digital transformation towards Industry 4.0.

The OT Automation Engineer should have the following skillset:

• 8+ years of experience in automation engineering
• 8+ years of experience with HMI /PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, SCADA) & control engineering
• Python programming and Influx DB
• Experience with Visual Studio - nice to have

Contract details:

• Start date: 1^st of September (can onboard ASAP)
• Duration of contract: 4 months + extension
• Location: Europe - Remote + occasional travel
