You will join an international team of experts at our marketing HQ in Berlin Mitte, working in a hybrid or fully remote setup.

As (Senior) Media Buyer (Social Media), you'll be a key part of our Performance Marketing team, helping to scale volume and performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms;
  • Strategically allocate media budgets (6–7 figures monthly) to meet performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.);
  • Conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and placements;
  • Stay updated with trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices;
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Product Development, Business Intelligence, Adtech, Creative Design);
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze social media campaigns and content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Your profile :

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying, focusing on paid social traffic;
  • Proven success managing high-budget performance campaigns;
  • Deep knowledge of ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution models on relevant platforms;
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Self-starter with ownership and accountability;
  • Independent, motivated, and open to learning new topics;
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools;
  • Creative with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly;
  • Capable of working independently, in teams, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
