We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Category Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end product launch strategy across marketplaces, with a focus on Amazon and the EU and US regions

You will play a meaningful role in crafting our category management function from the ground up—this includes defining important metrics, building reporting infrastructure, and leading cross-functional partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about marketplace dynamics, customer behavior, and business growth.

What You Will Do

You will play a critical role in shaping our category management function from the ground up—this includes defining KPIs, building reporting infrastructure, and managing cross-functional stakeholders. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about marketplace dynamics, customer behavior, and business growth.

Lead and own the end-to-end product launch strategy for assigned categories on Amazon Seller Central, across Europe and the United States

Build and scale category management practices from scratch—including reporting, analytics, and performance KPIs

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities

Collaborate closely with Channel, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Content teams to drive category performance

Regularly present business insights and strategic plans to internal stakeholders

Optimize category performance through data-led decision making

Your Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in category management, product strategy, or marketplace operations

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central in multiple markets (EU and US in particular)

Proven ability to build category management processes from the ground up

Highly data-driven and analytical, with a track record of using insights to drive business results

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English is a must; German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a big plus

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
