What You Can Expect

Leading healthcare innovation through digital and robotic solutions, our mission is to revolutionize patient care with advanced implant technologies. To support the commercialization of ZBEdge, our digital and robotic portfolio, we seek a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in Developed Markets across Europe.

This role reports to the Marketing Director of DTS EMEA and involves shaping and executing marketing strategies for ZBEdge, collaborating with country marketing teams, sales, and global teams based in the U.S.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for ZBEdge in European markets.
  • Create and manage communication strategies highlighting clinical and economic benefits for stakeholders.
  • Oversee content creation for digital, print, and events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop sales tools and resources to enable effective selling of ZBEdge.
  • Support and train sales teams on value propositions and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to tailor sales tools to market needs.
  • Lead the gathering and utilization of clinical and market evidence to support marketing claims.
  • Coordinate with global teams and clinical experts to generate evidence, case studies, and clinical data.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by aligning with markets on opportunities and risks.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Master's degree (preferably in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration).
  • 5-7+ years of global or EMEA healthcare marketing experience, with digital health or robotic tech experience preferred.
  • Experience across diverse EMEA markets, understanding local healthcare systems and regulations.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, CRM).
  • Strong organizational and influencing skills, capable of handling increased responsibilities.
  • Ability to energize and lead at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your Background

This position requires approximately 20% travel.
