Formación

Scopely is looking for a Senior Manager of People Operations in Barcelona, Spain on a hybrid basis. This individual is a critical leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing all global HR operations and processes across the organization. This role ensures the consistent delivery of a seamless employee experience, compliance with international labor laws, and alignment of HR operations with the company's strategic objectives. You will lead a diverse team across multiple regions, driving efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute the global People Operations strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of regional People operations contributors, fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on HR operations
  • Oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs globally, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions
  • Oversees LOA outside of the US, responsible for ensuring compliance with local LOA legislaions, and HSE
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all people data in our systems
  • Partner with the HR Technology team to ensure we have the most efficient people processes automated with technology
  • Liaise with internal ER and legal teams to ensure local legislation and regulations compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery across all jurisdictions
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR operations, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Lead global projects and initiatives to standardize and harmonize HR processes across regions
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition, OE, and E&E teams to ensure a positive and cohesive employee experience
  • Champion Scopely tenets and culture across the team and organization
  • Develop strong relationships with key organizational stakeholders to understand and address HR needs
  • Ensure the company’s HR policies and practices comply with local and international regulations
  • Manage HR audits and ensure timely resolution of any compliance issues
  • Oversee the development and implementation of global policies, ensuring they are culturally appropriate and legally compliant
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a global or multi-region role
  • Strong knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
  • Experience in a multinational corporation or a fast-growing global company
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR
