A leading tech startup in Spain is searching for a Founding Full-Stack AI / ML Engineer to shape and scale its core agent-based AI platform. This role involves working closely with the founder on innovative AI solutions and delivering impactful products based on real-world applications.

Formación

• Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other agentic frameworks.
• Proven experience with multi-agent systems and context-aware systems.
• Experience at an early-stage startup or as part of a technical founding team.

We’re now hiring a Founding Full-Stack AI / ML Engineer to help shape and scale the core of our agent-based AI platform. You’ll work side-by-side with the founder on roadmap execution, rapid prototyping, and evolving the product based on real-world use.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems with reasoning, autonomous action, and dynamic tool use
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) strategies to manage multi-source and multi-modal data
• Integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., Crunchbase, PitchBook, CB Insights), scraping APIs, and data aggregators
• Optimize inference pipelines and agent orchestration workflows
• Lead architectural decisions and rapid prototyping cycles
• Experiment with prompt chaining, tool calling, embeddings, and vector search

Requirements :

• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other agentic frameworks
• Proven experience with multi-agent systems, tool calling, task planning, or context-aware systems
• Familiarity with MCP, RAG, and handling structured + unstructured data
• Background in cloud deployment (GCP, AWS, etc.) and systems engineering
• Self-starter with strong product intuition, speed, and adaptability
• Hands-on with frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAgents, or ReAct
• Experience blending structured and unstructured data into AI pipelines
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or as part of a technical founding team
