Bain & Company is seeking a member for its Insights Data Science and Operations Research team. This role focuses on using advanced data techniques to solve business problems and requires a robust educational background in relevant fields. You’ll join our Insights experts within the AI, Insights & Solutions team. This team is part of Bain’s digital capabilities practice, which includes experts in analytics, engineering, product management, and design. In this multidisciplinary environment, you'll leverage deep technical expertise with business acumen to help clients tackle their most transformative challenges. You’ll work on integrated teams alongside our general consultants and clients to develop data-driven strategies and innovative solutions. Together, we create human-centric solutions that harness the power of data and artificial intelligence to drive competitive advantage for our clients. Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range be included in job postings for open roles.The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
In New York City, California, Washington State, and Washington D.C, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $125,000 - $150,000; In the state of Illinois, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $109,500 - $131,500. Placement within these ranges will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
For all other locations, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is commensurate with competitive geographic market rates for this role and will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
