Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of HR functions experience.

Sr. Human Resources Analyst, Amazon Logistics

The Sr. HR Assistant is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to our Fulfillment Center Associates. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Key job responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity in our HR Information Systems and maintain updates in employee information, benefits enrollments, and issuing time cards, along with other administrative HR tasks.
• Act as an HR advisor providing guidance on payroll, benefits, associates’ scheduling, and other inquiries.
• Partner with site managers to ensure correct scheduling patterns and crew sheets of associates.
• Support recruiting and safety departments with new hire orientation, safety talks, interview loops, and badging process management.
• Track HR metrics (Attendance, Attrition, Overtime, and other internal metrics) and collaborate with internal teams to improve dashboards for business leaders.
• Manage, track, and report monthly budget to HR and Finance leaders.

As Sr HR, none of your days will be the same. We partner as close advisors for the Operation, always guiding through Policies and Guidelines to provide the best experience for the people and strategical mechanisms to mitigate risks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• 1+ years of customer service experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of human resources functions experience
• Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with Payroll Systems and HRIS
