YOUR MISSION

As a Growth Senior Analyst at Glovo, your main responsibility is to provide insights and develop strategies to grow Glovo's presence in Spain, increasing users and orders.

THE JOURNEY

• Understand business needs in Southeastern Europe and create insightful analyses.
• Identify growth opportunities focusing on traffic, conversion, retention, and profitability.
• Drive projects from analysis to implementation.
• Manage KPIs and ensure data tools are scalable and current.
• Assist colleagues with data access and clarity.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 2-3 years of experience in analysis roles.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL; Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlikview.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
