The SonoSuite platform is a cloud-based white-label B2B SaaS created for independent music companies, from boutique labels to do-it-yourself companies.

Our software is developed in our main offices in Barcelona, Spain, where a team of more than 60 people of 13 different nationalities works continuously to improve SonoSuite and add new features, staying on top of the latest developments in the Digital Music Business.

How will you contribute to Sonosuite?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our user interfaces and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative environment. You should be able to maintain and improve the existing codebase, while also being able to adopt and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies as needed. This requires creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and experiment with new approaches to frontend development.

The Sr. Frontend Developer will be in charge of the following :

• Designing and developing complex user interfaces and web applications that meet the requirements of the business and customers.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the frontend development team.
• Leading the Frontend squad, to provide consistency and establish the foundations, and best practices, of our frontend development.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify technical requirements and ensure they are met.
• Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Understanding and implementing code observability and monitoring practices.

Stack :

• 5+ years of experience in Frontend development.
• Deep expertise in React.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Product workflows, as you will be a critical part contributing to define and shape our product and roadmap.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices, with a strong focus on Clean Code.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., npm, yarn, webpack).

Nice to Have :

• Basic understanding of Backend technologies, especially PHP and Symfony, to better understand integration points.
• Experience with Testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Basic knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes (understanding of how things work in the cloud).
• Experience with observability tools (e.g. Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Google Analytics).

Soft Skills :

• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; able to identify and solve complex technical issues, and anticipate and mitigate potential problems.
• Creative and innovative thinking to design and develop user-friendly solutions.
• Effective time management to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a constantly evolving environment.
• Strong collaborator and team player, able to contribute to a positive team culture.
• Advanced communication skills in English.
