For one of our key clients and world leaders in materials technology, Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer to assist our client in the realization/construction of this megaproject which will be situated in Northern Spain. Once the construction phase begins, full on-site presence will also be required.

This is expected to occur towards the end of this year/early next year. Please note that you would initially work as an independent consultant (autónomo) through CMC with it being our client's intention to make the role permanent upon successful collaboration after or within the 2-year contract. The Sr. Electrical Engineer will be a key leader in drawing/overseeing the electrical design and implementation within a particular area or unit.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing a tailored electrical system to align with the operational process requirements.
2. Addressing and resolving electrical issues throughout project construction, overseeing subcontractors during electrical startup and commissioning.
3. Approving electrical designs and RFMA for Sub-Contractors, actively participating in vendor evaluation and technical communication.
4. Collaborating with the Maintenance department to introduce process improvements.
5. Ensuring the maintenance and update of pertinent drawings for seamless handover.
6. Providing support for equipment upgrading projects and optimizing proposals for improvements.
