Job Opportunity: Senior Electrical Engineer

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a key client, a global leader in materials technology, to support a megaproject in Northern Spain. The role involves assisting in the realization and construction phases, with full on-site presence required once construction begins.

Position Details:

• Start expected towards the end of this year or early next year.
• Initially work as an independent consultant (autónomo) through CMC.
• Potential for permanent employment after or within a 2-year contract, depending on performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical design and oversee implementation within designated areas or units.
• Manage EPCs through all project phases, providing necessary assistance and reporting progress to the project manager.
• Design and implement electrical systems aligned with operational requirements.
• Address electrical issues during construction, oversee subcontractors during startup and commissioning.
• Approve electrical designs and RFMA for subcontractors, participate in vendor evaluations and technical communications.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to introduce process improvements.
• Maintain and update drawings for seamless project handover.
• Support equipment upgrade projects and propose improvements for optimization.
