What your responsibilities will be

You will lead the access strategy in markets outside North America for all the Biopharma portfolio, including:

Market Access pre-launch / launch activities:
  • Collaborate early on clinical trial design to address payer value concerns.
  • Engage with regulators and payers on protocols and value messaging.
  • Validate the Target Product Profile (TPP) with KOLs and payers to identify access barriers during pre-launch and launch stages.
Market Access post-launch activities:
  • Manage pricing, guideline expansion, and formulary retention to ensure product availability and accelerate sales growth.
  • Implement patient support programs to address affordability and other initiatives like disease management solutions, leveraging clinical and real-world data to expand access beyond patent expiry.

Monitor adherence to quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
  • Master’s degree in Market Access.
  • At least 7 years of experience in International Market Access.
  • Experience in EU markets is required.
  • Market access project management experience in the USA is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of working standards (GMP, SOP, INS, GLP) according to defined procedures.

Flexible Hybrid Model:

  • Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00-10:00 to 16:00-19:00; Friday, 8:00-15:00.
