Country Marketing Manager, Remote first, Spain or France

We are seeking an exceptional marketing leader to oversee the performance of our France (FR) and Belgium (BE) markets through various marketing channels. Key responsibilities include developing the marketing roadmap, managing the promotional calendar, reporting, analyzing performance, and coordinating cross-functional action plans. The role reports to the Go-To-Market & Performance Director Europe and involves regular collaboration with peers and senior experts across Pricing, Promotion, Channels, Media Planning, Site, CRM, Brand, Analytics, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute marketing strategies for your markets, utilizing insights from various organizational experts to inform go-to-market plans.
  • Decide on promotional activities and channel communications.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of marketing actions.
  • Report on KPIs, analyzing performance drivers.
  • Lead research and analysis, sharing key findings and implications.
  • Influence broader roadmaps, including website experience and product assortment, to foster market growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Native French speaker with strong knowledge of the French ecommerce and/or print sectors.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with business acumen.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across various domains, including with executive leadership.
  • Understanding of marketing levers such as paid media, PR, and trade marketing.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills to drive decision-making beyond immediate scope.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and handle ambiguity.
  • Fluent in English; Flemish language skills are a plus.
