Entrust recherche un recruteur technique pour rejoindre l'équipe de recrutement dynamique et innovante. Vous serez responsable du cycle complet de recrutement pour des postes techniques au sein de l'EMEA et d'autres régions, en travaillant étroitement avec les gestionnaires et le groupe partenaires RH. Le rôle nécessite une approche créative du sourcing et la capacité d'influencer les décideurs avec d'excellentes compétences en communication.

Formación

• 5+ ans d'expérience en recrutement technique.
• Compréhension des lois et règlements RH.
• Compétence dans les systèmes de suivi des candidatures.

Position Overview :

Join our innovative, results-based and FUN Recruitment team to help source, identify, interview and recommend placement of employees through the use of creative internal and external sourcing methods. You will work directly with hiring managers of Entrust and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.

You will :

• Full cycle recruiting of EMEA & Global Technical positions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
• Proactively source, network and creatively identify and interview potential candidates.
• Support and build Entrust employment brand.
• Support the Employee Referral Program.
• Adhere to equal opportunity / affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts.
• Manage operational projects to help streamline recruitment efficiencies.
• Build strong relationships with managers and candidates.
• Manage relationships with preferred vendors.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Your experience :

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
• Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices.
• Use a creative approach to sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates.
• Strong communication skills & proven ability to influence.
• Urgency in a fast-paced organization.

Ideally you will have :

• Bachelor’s degree and solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
• Solid skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
