About the Role :

You will be responsible for driving new business, making key decisions, and planning to foster growth. You should have a hunter mentality, be results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships to acquire new clients.

The ideal candidate will have energy, drive, and a desire to build business within their territory, with the ability to establish effective relationships quickly and identify valuable business opportunities that can be expanded using internal and external resources.

This role requires the team to be in the office 1 to 2 times per week.

What You’ll Do :

  • Identify solutions from CrowdStrike’s portfolio for new and existing prospects.
  • Manage a geographic territory, developing and executing a plan for prospecting, partner mapping, and joint targeting.
  • Lead a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sales Managers to qualify and close new business.
  • Achieve leading indicators such as customer calls, discovery, and meetings.
  • Coordinate with sales development, pre-sales, and channel sales teams.
  • Deliver presentations to prospects via Zoom, including to C-level executives.
  • Work with Sales Engineers to develop and implement account strategies.
  • Partner with the Channel Team to generate revenue.
  • Forecast and report on sales updates.
  • Become an insider in the cybersecurity industry and an expert on CrowdStrike products.

What You’ll Need :

  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Persistence, coachability, charisma, and quick thinking.
  • Creativity, motivation, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Confidence without ego, self-discipline, and self-awareness.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape and selling value propositions effectively.
  • Flexibility for work hours and travel as needed.
  • Experience in sales, especially in complex, multi-product architectures to mid-enterprise organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing entire sales cycles.
  • Cold calling experience and strong presentation skills.
