Amilon, a leader in the digital gift card market, seeks a Jr. Business Partnerships Consultant to foster partnerships and expand its business in Spain and Portugal. This role, based in Madrid, involves managing relationships with key retailers, developing strategies for growth, and ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, with at least three years of B2B development experience.

We are looking for a Jr. Business Partnerships Consultant to strengthen relationships and expand business in Spain and Portugal . Based in our Madrid office, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow partnerships with key retailers and partners in Spain and Portugal.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and new opportunities.
  • Handle commercial requests with a win-win approach , ensuring smooth internal communication.
  • Keep partners engaged through frequent communication, meetings, and business reviews.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners , especially in the Portuguese market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to align on business needs.

Requirements :

  • Fluent Spanish (native), Portuguese , and English (spoken & written).
  • 3 years of experience in B2B business development or account management.
  • Strong relationship-building , negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset , with a natural ability to maintain and grow business relationships.
