Your Mission

The Journey

• Provide strategic global mobility and immigration expertise to HR, recruiters, business leaders, People Operations, Payroll, and other teams to support our hiring and mobility goals.
• Assess, develop, and improve global mobility processes, tools, and policies to ensure a human-centric experience that aligns with business growth.
• Support business trips and basic worldwide moves.
• Track relocation requests, prepare monthly reports on transfers.
• Manage relocations and home-finding cases according to policies.
• Handle Highly Qualified Professional processes and work permit applications in Spain and internationally with providers.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendors, ensuring compliance with policies and communication standards.
• Maintain high data accuracy to keep stakeholders updated.
• Provide education and support to employees and partners regarding mobility and immigration matters.
• Monitor and improve vendor performance to enhance employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with local laws.
• Manage one team member.

What You Will Bring

• At least 4 years of experience in global or regional mobility and immigration.
• Knowledge of global mobility and immigration intricacies.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience managing vendors and building relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Passion for providing excellent service and support.
• Ability to handle complex issues with attention to detail.
• Empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
• Willingness to thrive in dynamic environments.
