Sr Advance Vision Software Engineer

EFI is looking for a Sr. Advance Vision Software Engineer to join our hardware development team in our Castellon office. We are running exciting projects and we are growing. We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys out-of-the-box thinking.

You will be part of a dynamic, high-visibility team working on new product initiatives closely with the rest of the team, our colleagues, and customers around the globe. You will be delivering intuitive and robust applications that are easy to use by our customers and make a distinct difference from our competitors.

What will you do:

• Improve current image quality by adding this technology.
• Develop algorithms that could optimize the results.
• Image processing and analysis.
• Analysis and verification of the image quality delivered in the products.
• Software integration between image processing and press software.

This role might be a good fit if you bring:

• Knowledge of software in general.
• Deep knowledge of C / C++ in embedded or IoT environments.
• Good understanding of the use of STD in embedded systems.
• Deep knowledge of concurrency and real-time processing.
• Deep knowledge of image processing (OpenCV, Google Vision, MS Computer Vision, Azure, or similar).
• Scripting in Python is highly desirable.
• Notions of .NET, C#.
• Notions of HTML4 and web services.
• Experience in UI building is a plus (Qt or similar).
• Some knowledge of advanced math is a definitive plus.
• Having worked on Linux and / or microcontrollers is a plus.
