Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management positions.

As a Sr Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage accounts at all levels: business, services and ongoing support to ensure customer retention.
  • Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue by cross-selling and upselling our products and services.
  • Communication: Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to their needs. Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, identify key business development initiatives and recommend creative strategies to add value with Rocket Lab.
  • Consulting: Provide training and education on our industry, services and new features through demos, webinars, workshops and on/off-site training.
  • Develop and Optimize Growth Strategies: responsible for creating and refining comprehensive growth strategies that address all stages of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: identify and implement strategies to increase revenue. Lead Experimentation and Testing: execute tests, such as A/B testing, to validate ideas and continuously improve growth outcomes based on data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: to ensure that growth initiatives are effectively executed and that all teams are aligned toward common goals.
  • Build Scalable Growth Systems: create and maintain scalable processes that support ongoing growth.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management positions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Mobile Advertising industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently but also to collaborate and participate as a team player.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
