We’re assembling a senior team to support the development of a digital platform aimed at empowering smarter, data-driven decision-making in agriculture. Key features include crop planning, yield optimization, and resource management. We’re seeking autonomous, senior backend developers with strong technical expertise and a product-oriented mindset.

Must-Have Skills • Advanced Python. • Knowledge of Golang. • Strong experience with AWS (especially DynamoDB). • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS SAM) • Microservices architecture. • Robust testing practices (unit/integration, TDD). • Git-based workflows (e.g., GitHub).





Nice-to-Haves • Strategic thinking and product mindset. • Business acumen and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
