What do we look for?

We seek SQL Developers specialized in data ingestion to contribute to a project with a global investment company.

High proficiency in English is required.

Position: 100% remote for residents in Spain.

• Perform analysis to support requirements and evaluate solution viability.
• Collaborate with analysts, testing, and support teams to understand and deliver requirements.
• Take ownership of your work and share responsibility within the team.
• Support the full project lifecycle from implementation to production support.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and experience developing database applications using SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory.
• Deep knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
• Experience with .NET or Python for data loading services.
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Understanding of SQL development and database design principles.
• Ability to write SQL queries to interrogate and extract data.
• Strong technical knowledge to find optimal solutions.
• Capability to deliver well-structured and tested software.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and users.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• Development experience using .NET or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps, automated deployments, and source control tools (preferably Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, GIT).
• Ability to engage with both Business and Technology stakeholders.
• Versatile and able to support throughout the SDLC.
• Ability to balance timely delivery with strategic development.
• Proactive and focused on delivery.
