About the Job

As Business Development & Student Recruitment Officer for the Europe Region, you will play a key role in EU Business School's international recruitment strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of a leading business school by identifying new markets, building partnerships, and actively increasing student enrolment from the region. It combines strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and extensive travel across Europe. This dynamic and fast-paced role is ideal for individuals passionate about international education, student engagement, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and generating leads
  2. Driving student enrolment from the assigned region
  3. Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Conducting strategic analysis of market opportunities
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with agents and partner institutions
  6. Focusing on international schools to increase direct student recruitment
  7. Participating in recruitment fairs, seminars, workshops, and events (on-site and online)
  8. Ensuring commercialization and follow-up until final enrolment
  9. Collaborating closely with the admissions, academics, and career services departments
  10. Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager for the region

The role is based in Barcelona within a young and international recruitment team.

Your Profile

We are looking for a self-starter with a strong ability to work independently, identify growth opportunities, and build international relationships in diverse markets. Team collaboration within a multicultural sales environment is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven international experience in the higher education sector
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 90 days per year across Europe
  • Flexibility to adapt work hours for online events based in different time zones
  • Knowledge or experience in online marketing is a plus
