• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in sports.

Are you enthusiastic about sports and thrive in a customer-focused environment? We have a new opportunity as a Sports Booking Assistant. In this role, you will be the face of Club La Santa. Engaging with guests, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations will be part of your daily responsibilities. Whether helping them secure sporting equipment, arranging private instructions and excursions, or addressing inquiries, you will play a pivotal role in making their visit memorable and smooth.

Key responsibilities include

1. Provide excellent guest experience, ensuring needs are met promptly and professionally.
2. Maintain sporting equipment, ensuring it is in good condition and available for guest use.
3. Gain in-depth knowledge about Club La Santa’s activities and facilities.
4. Book private instructions for various sports activities.
5. Arrange excursions such as horseback riding, visits to Teguise markets, or day trips to La Graciosa.
6. Assist with bus and taxi airport transfers for arriving and departing guests.
7. Answer guest inquiries with an accountable mindset, providing accurate information and assistance.
8. Collaborate with the Sports Booking team to ensure smooth operations.
9. Coordinate with other departments like events and entertainment for ad-hoc needs.
10. Handle back-office tasks such as emails, bookings, and transfers.

About You (Essential Knowledge)

1. At least 2 years of customer service experience.
2. Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Spanish or Danish is preferred.
3. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
4. Ability to lead, motivate, and train green team staff.
5. Effective communication with guests of all ages, staff, and other departments.
6. Ability to work under pressure and be solution-oriented.
7. Self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude.
8. A friendly, can-do personality.

About You (Beneficial Knowledge)

1. Customer service experience in sports or retail environments.
2. Language skills in Spanish and/or Scandinavian languages.

What We Offer

1. Permanent full-time contract, 40 hours/week, with two days off.
2. Monthly gross salary of €1,536.08, paid 12 times a year.
3. Three additional payments during December, June, and holiday periods, proportional to employment duration.
4. Free lunch on working days.
5. 30 days of annual holiday plus 18 extra days for work on public holidays, including holiday pay.
6. Shared accommodation at €191.76/month, including living room, small kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
