Job Overview

We are seeking a Sponsor Dedicated Site Contracts Specialist II based in Italy, Spain, or France. This role requires prior experience in site contracts negotiation with sites in these countries and fluency in Italian and Spanish or French.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract processes, including coordination with protocol, consent, institution, investigator, vendor, and customer agreements.
• Lead multi-country projects involving contract negotiations, budget preparations, and documentation for industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Support the development of country-specific contract templates and site submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and budgets with sites, supporting resolution of issues.
• Ensure quality control, document archiving, and metadata capture.
• Review contracts for accuracy, support business development, and represent site contracts at meetings.
• Manage ongoing contract issues, generate amendments, and streamline processes.
• Track timelines and milestones, collaborate with legal, finance, and clinical departments, and facilitate contract execution.
• Maintain templates, train staff, and act as liaison between teams.
• Monitor financial aspects and escalate discrepancies.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business, Public Health, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing contracts with Italian, Spanish, and French sites.
• Fluency in Italian and Spanish or French.
• Experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of clinical development, legal, and contractual parameters.
• Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and mentoring skills.
