We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a proven ability to craft compelling and engaging copy across a variety of channels, including ATL, BTL, shopper marketing, and social media. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish. The Creative Copywriter will be responsible for developing innovative and effective copy that resonates with our target audience and drives results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop creative concepts and write compelling copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including:
    • Advertisements (print, radio, TV, online)
    • Brochures, flyers, and other print collateral
    • Point-of-sale materials (shopper marketing)
    • Social media content (posts, ads, stories)
    • Website copy and landing pages
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Scripts for video and audio content
    • Presentations and internal communications
  • Work closely with art directors, designers, marketing managers, and other team members to ensure that copy aligns with the overall creative strategy and brand guidelines
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing materials
  • Proofreading and Editing: Ensure all copy is accurate, grammatically correct, and free of errors
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail
  • Adapt and translate copy between English and Spanish as needed, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in copywriting, marketing, and social media
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Creative Copywriter
  • Proven experience writing copy for ATL, BTL, shopper marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of copywriting samples
  • Grammar and writing skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to generate original and innovative ideas
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and channels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify and solve problems creatively
  • Understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt copy accordingly
