In this role, you are working mostly remote from Spain at an ICT Integrator for a major European Insurance client. You will be meeting the team in Madrid every once in a while to catch up.

What you are going to do?

• Build, maintain, and coach around our monitoring tool Splunk.
• Set up dashboards, guard data quality, and coach users on how to make good use of this within their business unit.
• Actively discuss the desired functionalities with users.
• Implement new functionalities.
• Monitor the quality and integrate your product into the already available facilities.
• Work in a team and function as a backup for your colleagues.
• Coach your colleagues on skills that you excel in.
• Experience doing Splunk Admin tasks.

Who you are :

• Your way of communicating and explaining things clearly gets people on board, which is perfect for conveying and advising users.
• You empathize with others and understand what information is needed to truly help someone.
• Minimum 3 years of Splunk experience.
• Knowledge of Infra and Cloud (AWS / Azure).
• Ability to independently take on projects and communicate in English.
• Ability to coach / train people in your product.
• Need of Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User and Splunk (Cloud) Admin.
