Vistra Srl is seeking an HSE On Site for a plant revamping project in Sestao, Spain. You will join the client's HSE Team and report to the HSE Team Leader, coordinating with the Site Manager and Commissioning Manager throughout the on-site duration.

The role requires a safety engineering education, at least 3 years in metalworking contexts, and training such as NEBOSH or IOSH; English at least B2 is mandatory, with Spanish welcome.

Formación

• Education: Engineering Graduation / Safety engineering / Industrial technical diploma / Similar degree.
• Minimum 3 years safety experience in metalworking contexts (steelworks, oil & gas, mining).
• NEBOSH / IOSH / RSPP or similar HSE training required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with HSE Team Leader and Site Manager on safety during erection and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report on-site safety performance.
• Support environmental aspects where required.

we are looking, on behalf of one of our clients, for an HSE on site for a Project in Spain (Sestao).

Type of site: still mill

Project: The project consists on ending erection and begin commission of a plant revamping.

End date: approx. 15.11.26

• Job description: The HSE On Site shall operate as if part of the internal client's HSE Team for the entire duration of the assignment and shall therefore report technically to the HSE Team Leader (RSPP). The HSE On Site shall cooperate with the Site Manager and the Commissioning Manager throughout the whole site duration.
• Requirements: Education: Engineering Graduation / Safety engineering / Industrial technical diploma / Similar scientific degree;
• Minimum experience: 3 years in safety role in Metalwork contexts, preferably Metallurgical – steelworks – Oil and Gas – Mining;
• Training: Italian or international HSE training specific to the required role. (e.g.: NEBOSH, IOSH, RSPP, HSE Manager, ASPP, CSE/CSP);
• Experience in Steel plant Sites. Experience in Commissioning phases. Competence in environmental aspects is welcome. Spanish Language Welcome
• languages: Mandatory English at least B2 - CEFR.; Spanish Language Welcome
