To strengthen our procurement team, we are looking for a committed Specialist Procurement (m/f/d), initially on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Your varied activities include:

  • Independently obtaining and reviewing quotes
  • Collaborating with product management or relevant departments on product launches
  • Placing orders (for both stock-managed and non-stock-managed items)
  • Invoice verification and approval
  • Handling supplier complaints and initiating corrective actions
  • Procuring QM certificates and supplier declarations
  • Independently managing inventory and stock control
  • Creating and developing reports (e.g., shipping data, procurement KPIs, SOX reports)
  • Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g., product range reduction)
  • Creating and maintaining article master data
  • Preparing export documents (pro forma invoices and export declarations)
  • Participating in and being responsible for internal and external audits of the department

What your profile looks like:

  • Completed studies or vocational training in business administration or a similar qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent German (spoken and written), good English skills are a plus
