Specialist of Technology Innovation & Data (TID) - Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

Join us as a Technology Innovation & Data (TID) Specialist at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid . We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our IT operations and contribute to our luxury guest experience.

Located in the heart of Madrid, our historic hotel combines tradition with modern luxury, featuring rooftop dining, a wellness center, and award-winning cuisine.

Role Overview

Reporting to the IT Assistant Director and Senior Director of TID, you will assist in managing the hotel's daily IT operations, ensuring system availability, security, and support for our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain critical systems such as Property Management, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, and POS systems.
  • Manage hardware, system administration, user accounts, and security.
  • Support system performance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and helpdesk operations.
  • Ensure security and compliance with IT standards.
  • Support guest technology services and maintain in-room equipment.
  • Assist with network support, cybersecurity, backups, and vendor relations.
  • Participate in projects, audits, and system improvements.

Qualifications

Technical background with MSCE or strong networking skills, experience supporting complex networks, and familiarity with hotel standards. Fluency in English and Spanish, legal right to work in Spain, and high integrity are required.
