A leading aerospace company in Spain is looking for a Marcom Specialist to support marketing communications and develop effective outreach strategies. This role involves managing internal and external communications, collaborating with sales teams, and using design tools. The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Design or a related field, a solid understanding of design software, and strong interpersonal skills. Some travel may be required.

Job DescriptionWhat will you be doing as a Marcom Specialist for COMMERCIAL FIRE?

Support marketing needs in conjunction with the Marcom Lead and the Marketing and Marcom manager (PR and media communications).

Manage internal communications via distribution lists.

Manage external communications using Pardot (Salesforce) — design communications, launch to the right audience, and track results / impact.

Handle mailing for general mailing accounts.

Support web improvements in conjunction with the Marcom Lead.

Establish strong relationships with Sales Teams and Channel Representatives to ensure marketing communication aligns with the product strategy.

Maintain monthly contact with regional teams to support teamwork.

  • Help develop a Sales "Playbook" outlining value propositions, key messages, competitor differentiation, datasheets, and other marketing collateral;

document pricing and positioning strategies.

Organize, implement, and maintain daily tactical activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Solid understanding of HTML and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Knowledge of other design tools (video editing, etc.) is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective influence and communication across teams and global partners in a matrix environment.

Self-motivated with a desire to expand skills and experience.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Willing to travel up to 20%.
