We are seeking a SPARE PARTS TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER (H / M) to support our EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain Otis Spare Parts Leaflet.
  2. Create Non-Otis Elevator Spare Parts Leaflet.
  3. Manage and optimize spare part master data; lead EMEA spare part number rationalization.
  4. Supervise new part number creation process.
  5. Ensure engineering changes are integrated from design into service.
  6. Provide technical solutions for obsolete spare parts by engaging LDC and SCM.
  7. Offer technical support and documentation to branches.
Role-specific Skills & Competences
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong technical experience in spare parts management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of service operations.
  • Strong change management skills; capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking and innovation skills; ability to anticipate system-wide impacts.
  • Proactive, forward-looking mindset with strategic planning abilities aligned with business needs.
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.
