Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a group of highly-skilled professionals whose focus is on engaging and obtaining high potential advertisers, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate a range of marketing products into their current marketing strategies.

What you will do:

  1. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service.
  2. Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information.
  3. Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
  4. Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
  5. Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
  6. Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
  7. Handle customer needs and requirements.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

What we are looking for:

  1. Native level of Spanish.
  2. Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  3. Previous sales experience.
  4. Experience with CRM.
  5. Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  6. Comfortable in goal-driven environment and attaining goals with broader team.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive.
  9. Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
  10. Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
  11. Customer driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.

  1. Full-time position (39 hours/week).
  2. This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  3. Salary: 18,870€ gross/year + up to 3,330€ gross/year in bonus.
  4. Permanent Contract.
