Blu Selection in Barcelona is seeking a freelance sourcer/recruiter to lead a high-visibility project for a fast-growing B2B SaaS client.

You will own the Barcelona market and adjacent Spanish/Italian/French-speaking markets, identifying and engaging top commercial sales and tech professionals, collaborating with Blu's team to drive velocity.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to identify and engage commercial sales profiles.
• Strong knowledge of at least two of Spanish, Italian, or French markets and English (B2/C1).
• Ability to work independently as a contractor while collaborating with Blu.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in high-volume sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation: own native market + Spanish/Italian/French market, map talent pools, engage passive talent, build pipeline.
• Targeted Outreach & Screening: represent Blu and client in approaches, conduct screens for track record, quotas, tech fit, motivation, culture.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity: work with Blu lead recruiters to deliver shortlists and maintain engagement.
• Team Syncs & Market Insights: participate in project updates, share insights, compensation benchmarks, sourcing strategies.

We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to work alongside the Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator establishing a flagship hub in Barcelona.

As a freelance recruitment partner, you will take ownership of one of our key European language markets. You will use your language skills and recruitment expertise to identify, engage, and pipeline high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to support our client's European expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation: Take ownership of your native market + the Spanish-, Italian-, or French-speaking market. Map relevant talent pools to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, as well as relevant tech professionals, building an active pipeline.
• Targeted Outreach & Screening: Represent Blu and the client brand when approaching candidates about the Barcelona opportunity. Conduct engaging preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity: Work closely with Blu's lead recruiters to deliver curated candidate shortlists and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment funnel.
• Team Syncs & Market Insights: Participate in regular project syncs with Blu, sharing market insights, candidate feedback, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies to optimize overall project velocity.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced recruitment agency, talent consultancy, or growing B2B SaaS business.
• Proven experience identifying and engaging commercial sales profiles.
• Strong understanding of at least two of the Spanish-, Italian-, or French-speaking talent markets + English B2/C1
• Ability to work independently as a contractor while collaborating closely with Blu and the wider project team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work at pace in a high-volume sourcing environment.
