Blu Selection is seeking an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to own the Dutch-speaking market track for a high-visibility project in Barcelona. You will find, engage, and pipeline top commercial sales and tech professionals to support our client's European expansion.

As a contractor, you’ll collaborate with Blu's team on outreach, screening, and candidate shortlisting, delivering market insights and compensation benchmarks. This 2–3 month sprint may extend as the account grows.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability identifying and engaging commercial sales and tech profiles.
• Native Dutch or C1/C2 Dutch fluency with full professional English.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch-speaking talent market.
• Independent contractor who collaborates with Blu and project team.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to work alongside the Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator establishing a flagship hub in Barcelona.

As a freelance recruitment partner, you will take ownership of theDutch-speaking market track. Your core focus will be finding, engaging, and pipelining high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to support our client's European expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Dutch Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation: Map out the Dutch-speaking talent market to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, as well as relevant tech professionals, building an active pipeline.
• Targeted Outreach & Screening: Represent Blu and the client brand when approaching candidates about the Barcelona opportunity. Conduct engaging preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity: Work closely with Blu's lead recruiters to deliver curated candidate shortlists and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment funnel.
• Team Syncs & Market Insights: Participate in regular project syncs with Blu, sharing Dutch market insights, candidate feedback, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies to optimize overall project velocity.

What You Should Bring

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced recruitment agency, talent consultancy, or growing B2B SaaS business.
• Proven experience identifying and engaging commercial sales and tech profiles.
• Native or C1/C2 Dutch fluency alongside full professional English.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch-speaking talent market.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor while collaborating closely with Blu and the wider project team.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.
